Key Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality sales service. Engage with customers in person and over the phone to assess needs and suggest suitable products. Foster reliable relationships with our clients. Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to company standards. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate records and files for work orders. Prepare products according to customer specifications. Keep assigned areas stocked and visually appealing. Stay informed on product offerings to suggest options to customers. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum age of eighteen (18) years. Eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. regularly. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a valid Driver's License. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum one (1) year experience in retail or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
