Belfair Property Owners Association is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our exceptional Banquet team. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Our Banquet Servers play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Setup

Prepare banquet rooms and event spaces, including table setting, décor placement, and ensuring all details meet event specifications. Verify that all equipment, such as tables, chairs, and linens, are in good condition and properly arranged. Follow detailed event instructions to ensure an accurate and timely setup. Food and Beverage Service Warmly greet guests and attend to their needs throughout the event. Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining high standards of courtesy and service. Refill beverages, clear plates, and continuously check on guest satisfaction. Adhere to proper serving techniques and follow food safety and hygiene regulations. Event Management Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service. Address guest concerns and special requests promptly and professionally. Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner. Post-Event Duties Clear and clean tables, ensuring all items are removed and disposed of correctly. Break down event setups, including packing up equipment and decorations. Clean and sanitize banquet areas, returning all equipment to its proper storage location. Team Collaboration Work closely with other banquet staff to provide efficient and cohesive service. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clearly meet all expectations. Assist with training new staff as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred. Previous bartending experience is highly desirable. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods. Why Belfair?
