Description: We are seeking a dedicated and flexible PRN Shift Worker to join our team The ideal candidate will provide support to individuals with behavioral health challenges, assisting them in achieving their treatment goals and enhancing their overall well-being.
PRN shift - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
Below are a few job duties to expect as a Behavioral Health Tech:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times. Cook and serve meals. Follow the facility menu as posted. Responsible for completing items listed on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator. Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect. Responsible for the supervision of all resident medication procedures. Ensure that all residents receive their proper medication at the proper time. All narcotics will be counted and documented on each shift. Daily chart documentation Be familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures to include employee handbook. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking for a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to our organization on an as-needed basis.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
Compensation details: 13-13 Hourly Wage
