Were seeking a Behavioral Technician looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a School Based setting. This is an opportunity to provide a safe and therapeutic encompassment for pediatric-aged children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We incorporate an innovative and therapeutic environment where children are encouraged to develop at their own pace.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Experience working with children, preferably special needs preferred
Proven ability to work within a team, leadership and problem solving abilities
Strong core values, such as integrity, loyalty, trust, leadership, team work are required
Exhibits positive and proactive approaches to problem solving
Bachelors degree preferred

Responsibilities and Duties:
Implements and carries out processes and procedures to improve the quality of life of clients as it relates to their individual behavior support plan
Actively participates in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills, including but not limited to Registered Behavior Technician training
Becomes fluent in the understanding and application of each childs Behavior Support Plan
Observes records, and reports the condition and behavior of the clients, including maintaining daily records

Hourly Salary Ranges**
Full-Time: $20.00 - $24.00
**Compensation is based on skill set, experience and caseload.
