```Responsibilities``` - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Maintain knowledge of current drink menu and specials - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spirits - Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred
