We’re looking for a Bartender & Retail Salesperson to join our crew. This role is equal parts hospitality and retail: pouring drinks, engaging with customers, and helping riders, skiers, and snowboarders find the right gear, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, and genuinely passionate about biking and snow sports—you should be excited to talk trails, chairlift laps, and gear setups while creating a welcoming environment for locals and visitors alike.

• Provide friendly, attentive service at the bar while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist customers with retail purchases, with a focus on bikes, skis, snowboards, and related gear.
• Share product knowledge and trail or slope recommendations to help customers make the most of their adventure.
• Operate the POS system accurately for both bar and retail transactions.
• Keep the retail floor well-stocked, clean, and inviting.
• Support shop events, product launches, or ride/ski meetups as needed.
• Support other shop operations as needed.
• Maintain compliance with OLCC regulations and shop policies.

• Valid OLCC service permit required (or ability to obtain).
• Previous bartending and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bikes, skis, snowboards, and outdoor culture strongly preferred.
• Passion for biking and snow sports, and enthusiasm for sharing that stoke with others.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (kegs, cases, or gear).
