What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

  • Set up and breakdown banquet facilities including tables, seating, and catering elements
  • Replenishes dishes/napkins/supplies as needed
  • Removes and washes dirty dishes
  • Cleans banquet area
  • May interact with guests/attend to guest needs

What you should bring to the table:

  • Banquet experience preferred
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
  • Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
