At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we create memories worth repeating. We do this every day across Dollywood Resorts which includes over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our plan is to grow our resort footprint to over 1200 rooms across five resorts at Dollywood and to add other resorts to our overall company resort portfolio.

We are seeking an individual who has the ability to bring the vision of the Dollywood Resorts to life. The recipe for the right Banquet Serverwill be equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, mentor and motivator.

The Banquet Server will provide quick, friendly banquet service and an excellent dining experience for our guests through proper steps of service and maintain a great work environment for our fellow hosts and vendors.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Checks with Manager for daily objectives Familiarizes with BEO's in planning for Shifts Sets up coffee breaks, meal service, buffets, bar service, and labels according to BEO Inspects rooms for cleanliness, proper supply levels Coordinates food pick up timing with kitchen Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes Executes banquet service standards as planned Proper breakdowns and storages of supplies concluding functions Participates in daily line ups Practices service standards and current training throughout service Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time
