As a Banquet Server, you’ll be part of a team that embodies Caesars Family Style Service , where hospitality, teamwork, and excellence come together to create unforgettable guest experiences. What You’ll Do: Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism at banquet functions. Set up and break down banquet areas, including moving tables, stacking chairs, and rolling linens. Carry large trays (minimum of six dinners) with confidence and care. Maintain cleanliness and stock service areas throughout your shift. Wash and return silverware and utensils, ensuring readiness for the next event. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Provide friendly, efficient service while working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Collaborate with your team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

What We’re Looking For: Must be 21 years or older . At least 1 year of banquet or food service experience . Ability to obtain and maintain a SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card . Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Physical & Mental Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs . Stand and walk for the entire shift, including up and down stairs. Bend, stoop, twist, reach, and maneuver in confined spaces. Work in environments with bright lights , high noise , dust , and smokey environments . Tolerate hot and cold temperatures, both indoors and outdoors. Maintain focus and energy while working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
