Grow a local SMB book in Altamonte Springs with warm appointments, paid onboarding, and hands-on solution support. Typical OTE $50–90k+ based on territory performance.

About the role
We’re expanding our tech/telecom footprint and need an outside B2B seller who can turn routed demos and qualified inbound leads into long-term customers. You’ll own the full cycle from discovery to close and the first 30–60 days of adoption.

What you’ll do

  • Convert warm/hot leads; supplement with light targeted outreach when the calendar has gaps.

  • Run discovery, build value-based proposals, negotiate, and close.

  • Drive onboarding with a 30–60 day adoption playbook to speed time-to-value.

  • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with weekly forecasts and next steps on every opportunity.

  • Partner with a solutions lead for scoping and multi-site installs.

  • Capture win/loss notes and market feedback to refine talk tracks.

What you’ll bring

  • B2B sales success (tech/telecom a plus).

  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and negotiation.

  • Comfortable owning pipeline, metrics, and forecasts in a CRM.

  • Self-driven, coachable, and consistent follow-through.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation & benefits
