Role Objective:
The primary function of this role is business development, specific to private jet charter, jet card membership and aircraft sales/management.
Essential Job Tasks:
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Managing multiple flights at once with accuracy.
Multi-tasking effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and providing timely communication of project(s) status.
Providing exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, to our customers, vendors, and other team members.
Completing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, working independently to solve problem.
Compiling documents into well-organized Dropbox folders to maximize efficiency.
Interacting with customers and vendors at corporate company events.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Competencies: Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Direct Reports: No direct report
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
Work Environment: Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available, as well as at outside at customer events.
Work will also need to be performed from a remote location, as the demands of this role require work after standard office hours.
Travel: Travel as needed.
Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree.
Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position
