• Efficiently dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and priority

• Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations, including workflow optimization and team coordination

• Communicate with technicians, advisors, and parts department to ensure smooth service operations

• Monitor and update repair timelines to ensure on-time vehicle delivery

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and timely updates

• Assist in resolving any service-related concerns or escalations

• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards

• Work with a prestigious, high-performance brand

• 2+ years of experience in a dealership service department (dispatcher, service advisor, or management role preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of CDK/ADP or similar DMS software is a plus

• Passion for the automotive industry and a drive to exceed expectations
