Responsibilities:

Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and fuel business expansion Analyze complex data sets and distill them into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders Identify bottlenecks or barriers to growth and develop strategies to overcome them Partner with teams across the business to define success metrics and build/maintain performance tracking tools Design and implement processes that improve collaboration and communication across departments

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or operational role—preferably in consulting, finance, or within a fast-paced startup or digital commerce environment Highly analytical with sharp attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and generate impactful insights Proficient in Excel and presentation tools; experienced in interpreting data and presenting key findings to leadership Familiarity with SQL Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires minimal supervision Strong bias toward execution, with the ability to manage projects from idea through implementation Skilled at using data to identify root causes and drive process improvements Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is preferred
