Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds. Provide customized outpatient individual and family therapy that aligns with each client’s unique needs, promoting healing and resilience. Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, supporting clients in maintaining stability and empowering their mental health journey. Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance overall client care. Ensure the prompt completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms to maintain professional standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists, to deliver a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field. Provisional license, as required by state regulations. Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing. Genuine passion for mental health and dedication to delivering high-quality care. Commitment to ongoing professional development, including access to free supervision and continuing education opportunities. Enthusiastic about collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve client care. Strong ethical practice skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication abilities and rapport-building skills with clients and families. Effective time management skills with the ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
