Associate Marketing Manager Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Retail & Away-from-Home (AFH), the Associate Marketing Manager will play an integral role on the marketing team to unite and elevate the brand experience across our physical stores. The AMM's primary responsibilities are to serve as category managers across key lines of business as well as plan and execute brand marketing programs. Responsibilities include the day-to-day execution of innovation, marketing programs, managing packaging projects and analyzing brand & category performance. Key partners for the AMM will be Retail Ops/Sales, Finance, PR/Social Media, Loyalty/CRM and the Creative Services teams. Main Responsibilities: Support the Senior Marketing Manager in brand marketing initiatives to support business growth objectives for the Peet's portfolio. Lead brand, category, and competitive analyses to monitor performance, identify portfolio optimization opportunities and inform prioritization. Track new item performance, partnering with Retail Ops/Sales and Finance team to present updates and recommendations on base business and innovation. Day-to-day project management of category, working closely with Retail Ops/Sales, Finance, PR/Comms, Loyalty/CRM. Lead launch strategy and marketing programs for new items, partnering with agencies, PR/Comms and Creative Services. Qualifications: 3+ years of Marketing experience BA/BS degree in business, marketing or related field Project management experience Strong analytical and critical thinking skills experience pulling and analyzing data a must Highly organized, detail oriented, able to take on multiple projects, work against timelines Strong verbal and written communication skills Entrepreneurial, can-do mindset and strong drive for results Peet's Home Office is a Hybrid worksite, which requires any Home Office employees to work onsite a minimum of 3 days/week (Emeryville, California). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
