Associate Manager, Retail Media Advertising Operations

You will be responsible for executing campaign trafficking, optimization, and reporting for our retail media business. As an Associate Manager, you will support the Manager in the daily execution and optimization of advertising campaigns. Your contributions will help in managing paid search and other campaign management activities, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently. In this role, you will: Lead the trafficking and optimization of advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Criteo. Handle daily campaign execution and performance optimization to meet and exceed client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams and client services for comprehensive campaign management. Create data-driven reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and additional training. Support campaign QA processes, troubleshooting issues as needed. Develop scalable processes for campaign execution, ensuring efficiency in targeting, monitoring, and reporting. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business. 3 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales Operations with team management experience. Hands-on experience with ad servers and management technologies, including Google Ads and at least one other platform. Strong analytical skills with a comfort in data analysis. The annual pay range for this position is $83,500.00 - $139,400.00, with starting rates varying based on factors such as location, education, and experience.
