Associate Manager, Audio & Visual Assets Universal Music Latino is seeking an Associate Manager, Audio & Visual Assets to join the A&R team for support and project management on audio and visual assets for the label's frontline and catalog video repertoire, who has a passion for music, shows a lot of initiative and can work in a fast pace high pressured environment. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of A&R.
How You'll Create:
Act as operational right hand on video and audio projects, serving as a point of contact with production and overseeing internal communication and quality control of video assets
Help facilitate drafting, execution, review and archiving of contractual agreements
Route videos and audios to Business Affairs for clearance issues/approval and communicate issues to production
Route final videos to internal team
Liaise with BA, metadata, and production re: any issues prior to routing and upload to avoid delays (e.g. file formats, etc.)
Oversee project elements with out of house vendors, managing post production communications and other requests with commissioners
Oversee archiving of final video assets (master video file, hard drive of assets, wrap books, location & talent releases)
Support commissioners in reconciling master budgets, managing invoice payments and vendor setups with the help of the finance team
Coordinate with quality control to ensure best practices are maintained during migration
Maintain & Oversee Video and Audio Release Schedules, includes running reports, updating schedules, capturing & communicating release changes as well as maintaining email distribution lists
Communicate due dates, issues & options so everyone is aware of issues & can make informed decisions
