Key Responsibilities Case Management : Take full ownership of litigation files from intake to resolution including drafting, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial prep

Client Engagement : Provide strategic counsel to clients on real estate disputes involving contracts, property ownership, evictions, boundary disputes, or title issues

Court Representation : Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings, advocating effectively on behalf of both individuals and business clients

Team Collaboration : Work closely with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure cases move efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Legal Research & Drafting : Draft pleadings, memoranda, discovery responses, and legal briefs with precision and attention to real property nuances
