Associate Internal Trainer The Associate Internal Trainer is responsible for creating, scheduling, maintaining, and executing training for colleagues within their departments. This role works in partnership with the Education team to train colleagues on the key functions of their role and making sure they are given adequate training to be successful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Technical Training teams, with a high attention to detail
Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
Schedules colleague onboarding and coordinate training events
Process internal training board and assigns tickets based upon team's skills
Schedules certification programs and coordinates testing
Develops, adds new content, and maintains SharePoint site
Develops role-based training materials, and content for colleagues
Works with SME's within each department to develop and maintain role-based training
Develops ongoing training for all colleagues on solutions as well as job functions
Creates virtual training that can be leveraged and dispersed among colleagues
Stays up to date on new in-person and virtual training techniques, styles, and methodologies

Ability to work independently on projects and processes with close supervision
Broad theoretical knowledge of applicable work area
Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements
Ability to develop training materials and curriculum
Knowledge of adult learning techniques
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizational skills, detail oriented, and self-motivated
Problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadline
Preferred: knowledge of IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent business experience
1+ years of relevant experience
Working Conditions:
This is a hybrid role (3 days a week) in Tampa
0-10% travel may be required
