Responsibilities include: Collaborating with the RPI team and clients to meet engagement objectives. Performing financial modeling, operational analysis, revenue growth strategies, and process optimizations. Managing junior team members across multiple tasks. Developing high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables. Upholding professionalism, ethics, and integrity. Innovating retail service offerings relevant to clients. Applying a pragmatic, hands-on approach and embracing BRG's core values. Required Skills & Experience: Experience in retail, direct-to-consumer, or consumer goods sectors, or consulting with similar clients. Expertise in functions like sourcing, marketing, digital commerce, operations, or distribution. Proficiency in financial and operational analysis and implementing change. Experience in improving working capital and financial performance systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related; Master's or MBA preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels. Expertise in financial modeling (Excel), analytical skills, and data management. Proficiency in MS Office; additional skills in Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python are plus. Willingness to travel as needed; minimum 9+ years in consulting or corporate roles.
