Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop fact-based promotional investment strategies to optimize performance, influence business growth, and inform financial planning and brand strategies. Participate in financial planning, providing input for monthly estimates, annual, and long-range plans, including patient flow modeling. Leverage advanced analytic models addressing critical issues while meeting business and technical criteria such as reliability and validity. Qualifications: Education & Experience Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent, with 5 years of quantitative analysis experience in sales and marketing data. Required experience includes 5 years in: Analyzing large data sets to develop predictive models; Preparing presentations for stakeholders; Applying statistical analyses and modeling to business problems; Translating data into non-technical formats; Working across functions in a matrix organization. Additionally, 1 year of experience in: Working with Pharma/Biotech companies; Using syndicated data sources like IQVIA, Truven, SHA, and DRG. This position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence 3 days a week. Additional Information: Salary Range: $195,985 - $261,000 per year. Apply online at
