Associate Director, HCP Marketing, US Cardiovascular at Bristol Myers Squibb. This role focuses on developing and executing HCP marketing strategies to support US Cardiovascular launches and ongoing brand initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of launch planning strategies, including the development of a launch excellence dashboard Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, sales, Market Access, Patient Access Support Solutions, BI&A and Medical to ensure executional alignment Manage HCP marketing budget and invoicing Support internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tactical projects Drive strategy and execution of the HCP tactical marketing plan and management of agencies/vendors Lead the creation and implementation of (P2P) marketing strategies and resources to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) Partner with key internal stakeholders and agency partners to distill market research and voice of customer insights to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape dynamics to inform launch strategies Monitor and assess the performance of launch initiatives and P2P marketing initiatives to inform and shape brand strategy Through strong project management, work closely with internal stakeholders and key agency partners to deliver against targeted scope of work Ensure that all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency) Previous HCP marketing or related experience is highly desirable Ability to drive a culture of accountability, balanced with a keen ability to collaborate and work in a matrixed environment Ability to successfully navigate internal MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) review processes Demonstrated project management experience Demonstrated ability to track and manage budgets Dynamic leadership with the ability to adapt to change Track record of delivering strong performance in previous roles Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and lead without direct authority Cardiovascular, Alliance Management and/or launch experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits
The starting compensation range listed is for a full-time employee (FTE). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility. Compensation is decided based on demonstrated experience. Benefits may vary by location.
