The Associate Creative Assets Manager, Omni Retail plays a critical role in supporting the Creative Assets Manager in executing visual merchandising and packaging projects across in-store, online, and omni-retail customers. This role will focus on tactical execution, project tracking, vendor coordination, and supporting the creative production needs to bring product stories to life under a problem-solving lens. The Associate Creative Assets Manager will ensure timely delivery, process consistency, and quality control across all merchandising and packaging deliverables. This position will attend launch meetings, gather information, manage vendors and track details and schedules using applications such as SmartSheet, Excel and MS Teams. The Associate Asset Manager needs to navigate a creative request, understand timing implications and ideate creative and tech solutions to meet the needs of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, consumers and the omni-retail environment
Omni-Retail Customer SupportOversee the creation of online and in-aisle marketing materials that meet customer requirements and guidelines, optimize opportunities in the channel and advocate for our brandWork with design team to balance internal/external resourcesEnsure smooth project startups and clear and concise feedback/direction throughout life of projectsKeep stakeholders advised of project timing and budget usage
Packaging ExecutionWork with packaging vendor to create templates within our established good, better, best design structureUpdate packaging guidelines as neededWork with and approve all packaging from our suppliersManage ongoing creation of packaging image assets
Workflow and Process ManagementMaintain detailed project trackers for merchandising and packaging timelinesSet up and facilitate meetings with stakeholders for project reviews and updatesHelp prioritize internal and external resource assignments based on project urgency and campaign deadlinesEnsure assets are brand compliant and meet established best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 3-5 years in creative services, marketing operations, account management, marketing production or project management with experience in packaging design.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Skills:
Expertise in creative direction, production management and asset development
Strong understanding of in-store, online, and omni-retail merchandising strategies
Ability to lead with a collaborative mindset and showcase consistent output
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work within tight, and often changing, timelines while managing competing priorities
