Responsibilities: Manage cases File review and legal analysis of workers compensation claims Drafting of client correspondence Regularly representing clients at depositions and hearings Qualifications: Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in NY or NJ 1-3 years experience in workers compensation Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills Base salary up to 125k DOE.
