The Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University is inviting applications for an anticipated tenure-track faculty position in Management beginning in the fall of 2026. Applicants will be considered as an Assistant or an Associate Professor. Rank is dependent upon the applicant's teaching experience and publication record. We are seeking a candidate whose primary area of teaching and research is Human Resources Management. An ideal candidate would also have the ability and desire to teach a variety of management courses beyond HRM. Hofstra University emphasizes excellence in teaching. Candidates will be expected to teach graduate and undergraduate management courses in the classroom and online. In addition, candidates must have a commitment to research which leads to high quality, peer-reviewed publications.
