Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Store Operations Manager, where you can make a real impact on the success of a Seasonal Store. This role offers an hourly rate between $16.00 - $16.25, based on your qualifications and experience. We offer valuable benefits such as Minnesota Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. Please note that all bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Store Manager in staffing, store setup, merchandising, and the pack-up/teardown processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the store operates optimally, maximizing sales and profitability through excellent Guest Services, staff development, expense management, shrinkage control, and effective merchandising and inventory practices.
