Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in overseeing the operations of a single store. This role entails hiring, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial goals while ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. Employees are typically expected to stand for long periods and must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle conflicts are essential for success.
