Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting with the operation of a single store. Your responsibilities will include hiring, managing, and directing associates, achieving financial targets, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Don’t worry! You will undergo a minimum of 3 weeks of comprehensive store leadership training to set you up for success. The workspace can be restricted, requiring you to stay on your feet for prolonged periods. You will prepare hot and cold foods, operate kitchen equipment, and need to manage multiple tasks swiftly and accurately. Being able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for several hours, and interact effectively with customers is essential. You must demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere with varying priorities.
