What You'll Do Our Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit who is ready to support our Boutique Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members. Assistant Team Leader responsibilities include : Guest Experience Leading and supporting a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests. Leadership Driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority. Talent Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high-performing and diverse team.Assisting in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.Establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team. Operations & Visual Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.Maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards.Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.
