Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operation of our store. Your duties will include hiring, managing, and directing associates to reach financial goals while guaranteeing exceptional guest experiences. Desired Skills & Experience: High school diploma is required Willingness to work in any store within a reasonable distance Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Food Safety certification required (Serve Safe certified) Work Environment Considerations: In this role, you will be expected to work in potentially hot environments with high noise levels. Your tasks may include preparing hot and cold foods and utilizing kitchen equipment, often while standing for long periods. The role requires the ability to lift over 50 lbs and reach across counters to serve customers, so a strong ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining communication and resolving conflicts effectively is essential.
