Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. Job Description Cosmo Prof Job Title: Assistant Manager Primary Duties Brand (30%) : Supervise and support associates' daily goals and activities to deliver exceptional client experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, and dress code are met. Resolve customer issues and analyze store trends to anticipate customer demands. People (30%) : Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve positive results. Recruit actively and identify strengths and opportunities for associates through coaching or counseling. Maintain positive relations, resolve concerns, and foster diversity and inclusion. Operations (30%) : Ensure execution of company processes via training, management, and continuous improvement. Support digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment. Manage inventory, payroll, store opening/closing procedures, and follow company directives. Safety/Loss Prevention (10%) : Maintain a safe environment, enforce policies, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety and HAZMAT procedures.
