What You’ll Do: Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention to maximize profitability. Support hiring, training, and development of team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold workplace standards. Drive sales and implement marketing strategies to boost revenue.
What We’re Looking For: Retail management experience (1–3 years preferred). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for teamwork. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Must have a valid driver's license and submit a drug test and background check.
