Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager assists with the operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

The role requires a flexible schedule and the physical ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail management experience required
