Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability, establishing and maintaining Guest Services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18, with a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
