Overview Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. This role is for a Seasonal Store, with benefits including Massachusetts Paid Sick Time and various premium pay programs. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications. Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales/profitability. Establish and maintain guest services standards. Develop and coach staff; assist in merchandising and inventory control. Control expenses, shrinkage, and other store operations tasks. Qualifications Minimum age: 18; must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
