The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services and for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain guest services and support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store.

Develop staff to improve sales, profitability, and customer experience.

Control expenses and shrinkage; oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Prior retail and/or management experience is required.

The minimum age requirement is 18.

Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.

Salary Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
