In this role, you will support the Store Manager in various essential functions, including staffing, merchandising, store setup, and teardown, all contributing to the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include: Enhancing Guest Services to ensure a memorable shopping experience Assisting in the development and training of store staff Controlling expenses and shrinkage Overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory management The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, with a flexible schedule, ready to engage in a physically demanding role that includes standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
