Join our team as a Seasonal Assistant Store Manager! We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.00 to $16.25, depending on your qualifications and experience. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of running a vibrant seasonal store. This includes staffing, setup, merchandising, packing up, and teardown. Your contributions will help ensure maximum sales and profitability by providing excellent guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, combating shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory effectively. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, with a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
