Operating out of Indianapolis, IN, our retail stores offer officially licensed headwear and apparel from collegiate and professional sports teams, plus top brands like Nike, New Era, Adidas, and Mitchell & Ness. We currently operate 1,200+ locations domestically and 50+ internationally, including specialty concept stores for the NBA, NHL, Paris Saint-Germain, and numerous MLB teams. Base pay range $15,600.00/yr - $53,500.00/yr Required knowledge & skills High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience. Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner. Ability to operate a computer and related software. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead. Standing required for up to 100% of the work time. Ability to work unsupervised. Preferred job related knowledge Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Manager PT roles may have monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount. Education As indicated in job postings and company guidelines. Reports To Store Manager Responsibilities Produce sales gains by providing customer service and meeting or exceeding Company Objectives in all individual statistics. Provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance and give feedback aligned with Company Objectives. Adhere to visual guidelines including merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness; maintain professional appearance per Dress Code Policy. Protect Company assets within policy guidelines; assist in store scheduling to ensure proper coverage and wage control. Manage inventory processes including receiving, transferring, price changes, and counts; perform proper documentation and record keeping per policy and law. Open and close the store following standard procedures; support and adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines. Participate in training programs, assist in recruiting and training store personnel, and supervise associates as needed. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the company and perform other duties as assigned.
