The My Epic Gear Assistant Manager is responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support along with leadership in our business. The Assistant Manager acts as a location specific leadership, ensuring quality control that delivers an experience of a lifetime for our Employees and Members. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to work with a team or autonomously. Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $28.04/hr

Skill Level: Intermediate/Advanced Job Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, monitoring performance and budget including scheduling and payroll. Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of a Store Manager.
Monitor team performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition or correction action if necessary
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition
Participate with leadership forums providing feedback and input on store performance, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Oversee all daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner
Oversee and assist with gear preparations and delivery for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations
Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations
Must have excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift 50lbs, and stand or kneel for 8 hours sometimes outside and in winter conditions
Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $28.04/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
