It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style./ph3Responsibilities/h3pProvide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner/ppActively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer product recommendations/ppManage the teams sales and service standards/ppStay informed about current products, trends and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers/ppWorking towards visual merchandising guidelines set for the store/ppTraining and developing team members/ppMaintain store standards throughout the store, including the back-of-house/ppMaintain and monitor all store operations, including back-of-house/ppLiaise with Head Office teams for all business updates in the absence of the Store Manager/ppDaily monitoring of the teams KPIs/ppMotivate and drive the team/ppSupport store manager in recruiting for store/ppBe a role model for the brand and maintain personal presentation standards and that of teams/ppMaintain store health and safety regulations/ppEnsure all products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and product information/ppProcess transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sales system, handling cash, credit cards and other forms of payment./ppClosing and opening the store, as well as setting up the cash register/ppSupport with inventory management and organization of stockroom/ppReplenish the shop floor as and when necessary/ppCommunicate daily needs of store and team with the store manager/ppHold regular one to one meetings with team members to manage and maintain performance/p/div
