Responsibilities:Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including ** Operations** and Merchandising.

Implement and monitor Sales Strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated Leadership experience in a retail or related environment.
Proven ability in Sales Management and achieving sales goals.
Working knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices.
General knowledge of Management principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Possession of a Valid Driver's License.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a retail management role.
