REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience required. Some previous supervisory experience preferred but not required. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred but not required. Strong leadership and customer management abilities Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
