The Sales Associate supports management in fostering a customer and product-focused sales environment, emphasizing our values and guiding principles to ensure an excellent customer experience and maximize profitability. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive for Results - Achieve sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge. - Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards. - Handle merchandise properly, participate in visual displays, and support loss prevention efforts.

Customer Experience - Promote our MAPS principles and provide a seamless omni-channel experience. - Resolve customer concerns promptly. - Ensure efficient checkout processes and promote additional sales such as gift cards. - Register clients for reward programs and build customer loyalty through clienteling. - Stay knowledgeable about product fit and styles, both in-store and online.

Operational Excellence - Support replenishment and fulfill locate requests. - Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and organization.

Teamwork and Growth - Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment. - Seek personal development opportunities and feedback. - Perform other duties as assigned, noting that duties may vary by brand. (1-33%) Frequent climbing (34-66%) The wage range is $19.00 to $23.75, based on qualifications.
