Goodmiles Running Company in Brookfield, WI is looking for a full-time   Assistant Store Manager  to join our team and create the best running shoe fitting experience in Wisconsin! with weekday, daytime hours . If you're passionate about running, walking, or an active lifestyle, we want you to help our customers find the perfect gear to meet their fitness goals.

Responsibilities :

Customer Experience: Help customers find the perfect shoe using our Volumental foot scanner and expert fitting techniques.

Store Operations: Keep the store organized, restock products, maintain displays, and handle daily tasks like light cleaning.

Community Outreach: Represent Goodmiles at local expos and partner with gyms and running clubs to strengthen our presence in Brookfield.

Team Leadership: Coach and motivate a team of Fit Specialists to meet sales targets and create a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications :

Active Lifestyle : A passion for fitness, running, walking, or athletics.

Sales Ability : Retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Empower Team Success: Lead with positivity, support, and a collaborative mindset.

Customer-Focused : Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.

Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using point-of-sale systems.

Benefits :

Competitive pay : Base + commission + bonuses, approximately $16-$20+ per hour.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts (day, evening, weekend) and no work on major holidays.
