In this hands-on leadership position, you will lead and supervise a team of Security Officers and Leads, ensuring superior service, strict compliance, and safety across the property. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting are essential. Shift: Friday-Tuesday 1pm-9pm (Sunday is 10am-6pm) Salary: $56,160/yearly Key Responsibilities: Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at the site; ensure effective execution of post orders and patrol responsibilities.
Conduct regular inspections of posts and personnel; provide coaching and disciplinary action when necessary.
Offer on-site training and onboarding for new officers, ensuring all team members comprehend their roles and expectations.
Coordinate schedules to maintain adequate staffing across all shifts.
Accurately submit payroll and personnel data in a timely manner.
Monitor surveillance systems, respond to incidents and emergencies, and liaise with local authorities and management.
Maintain a high visibility and strong security presence to deter criminal activities.
Meet regularly with client representatives to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Review and complete incident reports, logs, and operational updates.
Act as a liaison between the client, Securitas branch leadership, and security personnel.
Perform security officer duties as needed to support team coverage.
Qualifications: Prior experience in security operations supervisory roles.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
Familiarity with video surveillance and access control systems.
Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company driving standards.
Proficient in basic computer applications and report writing.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
