Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities: Create a positive and inclusive team atmosphere where everyone feels valued. Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds guest expectations. Train and mentor staff to build a strong talent pipeline within the organization. Identify potential trainers to foster growth and development among hourly employees. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain safe working conditions to prevent accidents and injuries. Uphold the CHOPT brand's reputation and values. Oversee restaurant policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering. Qualifications: Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles. ServSafe certification and any necessary state food safety certifications. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Proficient in using computers and tablets. Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools and equipment. Able to occasionally lift or transport items weighing up to 25 pounds. What's In It For You?
