Assistant Restaurant Manager - Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach Join the Margaritaville Beach Resort team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our high-paced food and beverage team. In this fun, fast-paced role, you'll help lead daily operations, support our team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Willingness to take ownership of necessary operational tasks; including reporting, financial closeouts, and completion of shift-end responsibilities as needed to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Please note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the business. What We're Looking For: At least 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality supervisory role such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Shift Supervisor, or similar. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service and drink preparation, with the ability to accurately describe menu items and ingredients to guests and staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & multitask Ability to work in the Florida outdoor elements and be on your feet for most of your workday. Strong leadership and people skills. Positive, outgoing attitude and love for guest service. Good with restaurant or hotel systems (Toast POS experience a plus). Able to work weekends and holidays. Current (or willing to obtain) SERV Safe Food Manager Certification. Ability to observe regular and consistent attendance; punctuality Contribute to a positive team environment.
