Title of Position: Team Manager

Job Description: Our Team Managers make every shift shine. As a Team Manager, you are key to the success of your bakery-cafe. You handle a wide range of responsibilities, all to ensure that both customers and team members have a great experience. Our Team Managers ensure that every shift is a great oneby developing our people, managing team performance, and building the warm, inclusive, authentic team culture.

Qualifications:

The Team Manager must have restaurant management experience of at least 1 year

A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Team Manager

The Team Manager must be guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

The Team Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant
