Responsibilities Hours of OPeration:  Tuesday Through Saturday 8:30 to 5:00

JOB SUMMARY

The principal responsibility of the Assistant Store Manager is to help manage the daily business operations and  supervise shop when manager is away, in addition to assisting in the efforts of increasing store profits and providing exceptional service to customers in a shop with revenues of $800,000 +.

Qualifications DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Education/Regulatory Requirements:

Associate's degree preferred.

Skills:

Minimum of three years’ experience in the operation of a retail store, with some management experience and customer service skills.

Knowledge of cash journal record keeping, deposits of daily receipts and social media merchandising.

Professional Requirements:

Flexible in terms of scheduling and location availability.
